Production process

 

1. The production staff introduces the raw LCP material into the baking material machine and bakes it at a temperature of 140°~150°.
2. Pour the baked raw material into the hopper of the injection molding machine and begin injecting the frame blades.
3. The technical personnel have adjusted the semi-automatic winding machine, and the operators begin winding the coils.
4. The operators place the semi-finished adhesive wire package under the lens of the spot welding machine and begin welding the wires.
5. After applying UV glue, the operators place the fan with the front side up on the conveyor belt of the UV curing machine for curing under ultraviolet light.
6. Balance the fan blades for calibration.
7. Align the fan blade axis with the center of the oil shaft and insert it into the frame.
8. Connect the fan to the power supply and conduct a powered test.
9. After labeling, proceed with the packaging using blade card packaging. Place 5 units in each small compartment, with a total of 440 units per layer and 4 layers per box, allowing for a full box to contain 2640 units.
