The high flux tube heat exchanger is broadly applied in various heat exchanging devices with phase changes, vaporizers, evaporators, reboilers and condensers. The high flux tube is formed by sintering a layer of metal particles on the surface of a smooth tube, with large gaps for the particles to circulate. Due to rapid circulation of vapor and liquid inside and outside the gaps, highly efficient film evaporation is formed in the gaps, and the medium remains in the nuclear boiling state within a broad thermal flux range, greatly improving the heat transfer coefficient.

The high flux tube has advantages of high boiling heat transfer coefficient, low wall temperature required for boiling, high critical thermal load, stable operation and high elasticity.

The geometrical characteristic and hole density on the surface of the high flux tube decide its enhancement result. The high flux tube has a boiling heat transfer coefficient 8-10 times of that of the ordinary industrial smooth tube.
