Introduction of concentrate/premix feed production line
The concentrate/premix feed production line is widely used for concentrate feed mill, additives plant, premix feed mill to meet requirements for higher output, quality and retrofit.
Although premix feed and concentrate feed in complete feed in the proportion are small, they plays an extremely important role, especially the premix feed is an important component of a perfect compound feed. To produce high quality premix and concentrate feed, requires not only scientific formula, but also high-quality raw materials, advanced equipment and technology.
Features of FDSP modular concentrate/premix feed production line
1. The technology layout is reasonable; machines are stable operation; Steel structure; less floor space;
2. The double shaft paddle mixer made of stainless steel is adopted; all parameters are higher current industry standard;
3. Dedusting machines are used for dumping hopper, hand intake, bagging off so that minimizes dust to meet environmental requirements;
4. High homogeneity (CV≤5% and can reach 3％),low residue;
5. It can produce for both concentrate feed and premix feed;
6. Simple liquid adding machine is used for addition of nutrition to improve quality of feed;
7. Analogue control panel is used to facilitate automatic control;
8. Professional design, manufacture, installation to guarantee customer get optimal return.
