Grade 4 titanium plates are also commercial pure titanium. They are the strongest among grade 1 to 4 titanium. Grade 4 titanium sheets, same as other CP titanium plates, have good formability and corrosion resistance, and weldability. However, it is not as popular as grade 2 titanium, gr4 titanium plates are mostly used in medical filed for machines and instruments, sea water desalination, aircraft, and marine.

• Tensile strength: 80 ksi (550Mpa) Min

• Yield strength: 70ksi ( 483 Mpa)  -  95 ksi ( 655 Mpa)

• Elongation : 15% min
