ERW89 Steel Pipe Mill description:

ERW89 tube mill/pipe mill/welded pipe production/pipe making machine is used to produce steel pipes of 21mm-89mm in OD and 1.0mm-4.0mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipe.

Application: GI, construction, automobile, general mechanical tubing, furniture, agriculture, chemistry, conduit.

Technical process flow

Uncoiler → Shearing & butt welding → Accumulator → Forming → Welding → Deburring → Water cooling → Sizing → Pipe cutting → Run-out table → Packing & warehousing
