1. what’s the ink consumption for your machine?

Usually it’s 8-10g/sqm for reactive ink printing, 10-12g/sqm for disperse ink printing and 12-15g/sqm for pigment ink printing. The ink using amount will be influenced by the thickness of fabric, artwork, and the printing result you want.

2. Do you have Kyocera head machine? Do you have Epson head machine?

I’m sorry that we don’t have machine with kyocera head and Epson head. We only do Ricoh head machine and now we have YSR1808& YSR1816. Our policy is doing one thing and doing it best.

We have the most experience for Ricoh head machine among Ricoh head machine supplier.

3. Which RIP software you provide? Are they original version?

We provide NEOSTAMPA and TEXPRINT, all are original version.

4. What’s the machine and dryer power?

For 8 head machine: printer: 9KW, electric dryer: 15KW(steaming dryer: 4 KW)

For 16 head machine: printer: 15KW, electric dryer: 20KW(steaming dryer: 4 KW)

5. Does your quotation include dryer?

Yes, it includes. The quotation includes digital printer and a dryer. The printer has its own feeding system and the dryer has its own rewinding system.
